PhD CANDIDATE to WORK ON TUTA

 

 

 

 

Priyakshi Buragohain has been accepted as a PhD graduate student for 30 months (1 April 2017 – 30 September 2019) at WorldVeg South Asia in Hyderabad, India. She will work on the development and validation of an integrated pest management (IPM) strategy for South American tomato leaf miner (Tuta absoluta) under the technical supervision of Srinivasan Ramasamy, WorldVeg Lead Entomologist. Abdul Rasheed War, South Asia Entomologist, will provide technical and administrative support. Priyakshi received her MSc in Agricultural Entomology from Assam Agricultural University, and already has published a book and a paper on her MSc research.
