Dear colleagues,We are thrilled to announce that the 26th Biannual International Plant Resistance to Insects (IPRI) Symposium (IPRI 2024) will take place from April 22nd to 25th, 2024, at World Vegetable Center in Tainan, Taiwan.

This symposium aims to bring together leading experts, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration in the field of plant resistance to insects. By exploring innovative strategies, cutting-edge research, and practical solutions, we aspire to develop effective and sustainable approaches to tackle insect-related issues in agriculture.

IPRI 2024 promises a diverse program, encompassing a diverse range of topics, including plant-insect interactions, genetic resistance mechanisms, breeding for insect resistance, integrated pest management, and emerging technologies.

IPRI 2024 features three different oral sessions, poster sessions, and engaging social events designed to promote interactions, particularly among the next generation of talented researchers.
