At the same event, WorldVeg Flagship Leader for Enabling Impact Pepijn Schreinemachers shared his findings findings from the Drivers of Food Choice project in Nepal: As incomes rise, people tend to consume more rice, meat, snacks – but not fruit or vegetables.
