Date: 5-7 March 2024

Venue: Maruay Garden Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand

BACKGROUND

Mungbean, also known as green gram is a grain legume crop cultivated over 7 million hectares, predominantly across Asia and rapidly spreading to other parts of the world. Owing to its short duration nature (55-60 days maturity) it is an ideal rotation crop in cereal based cropping systems. Mungbean seeds are rich in proteins, fiber, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. This is an exciting opportunity for exchanging ideas and discussing the way forward in the mungbean industry.
