Tanzania’s Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) and the World Vegetable Center (WorldVeg) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to improve research and development of vegetable crops, enhance nutrition, and increase food security in the country.
The World Vegetable Center and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 30 October 2019 to guide future collaborations. WorldVeg Director General Marco Wopereis and ICAR DG Dr. S. Trilochan Mohapatra put their signatures on the document at the ICAR office in New Delhi.
SEARCA and WorldVeg will be able to access each other’s networks, develop joint research programs, organize roundtable conferences, and more.
Cameroon’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) and the World Vegetable Center (WorldVeg) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 16 August 2018, officially inking a partnership to work together on strengthening vegetable seed systems, mobilizing and training smallholders to produce certified onion seed, and increasing the supply of traditional African vegetables in the country.
