Ee Von is a public health nutritionist with work experience spanning across commercial, research and educational institutions. Her research interests lie at the intersection of food, nutrition and health, with specific interest in nutrition-sensitive policies, sustainable diet and food systems, and food and dietary biodiversification for improved nutrition and planetary health.
