Terms of Service
*
I have read and agree to the Terms of Service Agreement listed below.
Pre-publication data access policy of International Mungbean Improvement Network
As a service to international mungbean breeders, we make the following data available before publication:
* The chromosome-level genome assembly of accession “Crystal”
* The gene annotation of Crystal
* The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data for the World Vegetable Center (WorldVeg) Minicore population based on the Crystal genome
By accepting the policy, the users agree:
* To use the data only for genomewide association study of the WorldVeg Minicore population and marker development.
* The data are preliminary, and the data providers do not guarantee the data accuracy.
* The data providers hold no warranty, responsibility, or legal liability for the data or the results generated from the data.
* Upon publication, acknowledge Cheng-Ruei Lee’s lab at National Taiwan University for the Crystal reference genome and annotation.
* Upon publication, acknowledge Ya-Ping Lin, Hung-Wei Chen, and Cheng-Ruei Lee for the generation of the SNP data.
* Upon publication, acknowledge the International Mungbean Improvement Network, Illumina Agricultural Greater Good Initiative, and Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan for funding.
* Upon publication, notify Dr. Cheng-Ruei Lee (chengrueilee@ntu.edu.tw), Dr. Ramakrishnan Nair (ramakrishnan.nair@worldveg.org), and Dr. Roland Schafleitner (roland.schafleitner@worldveg.org).
The goal of this policy is to facilitate plant breeding and the identification of a specific gene or genomic region of agronomic importance. By accepting this policy, the users agree:
* NOT re-distribute the data to any other party.
* NOT perform any genome-scale analysis on either the reference genome or the SNP data.
* NOT perform any population genetics investigation or evolutionary inference on the whole genome or specific genomic regions.
* NOT combine the SNP data with any other polymorphism data for further analyses.
Those interested in specific analyses should contact Dr. Cheng-Ruei Lee (chengrueilee@ntu.edu.tw) for collaboration possibilities.
