Delphine Larrousse

Delphine Larrousse (France) joined the Center in January 2019 as Regional Director for East and Southeast Asia, based in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2020, Delphine was appointed as a member of the Executive Management Team and she currently serves as Director Global Engagement.

Delphine is an international development professional specialized in intercultural management, strategic leadership, partnership development, and strategic communications. Her expertise is founded on 15 years of experience designing and managing programs and initiatives with a large network of research institutions, governments, UN organizations, NGOs, in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Delphine has lived in 10 countries, and coordinated programs in over 20 countries in the areas of nutrition, food security, agriculture, conservation, climate change, and livelihoods.

Perfectly fluent in five languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese), Delphine has solid skills in external engagement, facilitation and communication across cultures, disciplines, and sectors.

She previously served as a Senior Program Officer at Canada’s International Development Research Center (IDRC), with a leadership role in research uptake and knowledge management.

Delphine holds an MBA, an MA in Intercultural Communication and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy.
