Thibault Nordey joined the WorldVeg Eastern and Southern Africa team on 1 March 2017 for a two-year secondment from CIRAD (French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development). He received his PhD in plant ecophysiology and agronomy from Université d’Avignon et des Pays du Vaucluse, France.

Dr. Nordey will work on modeling of vegetable cropping systems integrating agroecological practices under the supervision of Regional Director Thomas Dubois. Welcome, Thibault!
