9 MARCH 2017: A delegation of 33 members of the Philippine Higher Education Career System Professional Advancement Program toured Taiwan institutions from 5-12 March 2017, sponsored by the Taiwan Ministry of Education Commission on Higher Education Office for Official Development Assistance. On the 9th the group visited WorldVeg HQ, where they held discussions with Deputy Directors General Yin-fu Chang and David Johnson.
