Iin holds an MSc from the University of Hawaii, USA in environmental microbiology, with a focus on water quality microbiology. She has been employed at AVRDC since 2007 as the Assistant to the Deputy Director General – Research. Together with the DDG – Research, she documents and ensures rolling plans of the Center’s research and development activities within the thematic framework, including logframes and activity reporting. She assists the DDG – Research in developing reports, presentations, and papers, and monitors the quality of science in project proposals and reports.
